At Swoon Boutique New Orleans, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for store credit or exchange on unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in original condition, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that jewelry, intimates, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Email our support team or visit our Magazine Street location with your order number and receipt to start the return process and receive a return authorization.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and ship them back to our New Orleans boutique using a trackable shipping method of your choice.
Receive Store Credit
Once our team inspects and approves your return, we will issue a digital gift card for the full purchase amount via email, which never expires and can be used online or in-store.
